Hello all. It has been a great summer thus far!!! We are having our “On the Deck” retreat this weekend. Then I will be back to Florida where I will be finishing up my senior year at Ave Maria Universiy. I have been working on new material for a brand new cd. Leaving sunny Naples, Florida, I embarked on the journey to Atlanta. Where I will stay for the majority of the summer. The trip was great !!

Tip-Chocolate espresso beans are very small and tasty making them easy to eat. If you are going on a long car ride only consume one espresso bean every hour or as advised by a doctor for staying awake. Do not eat handfuls and then expect that you can sit for hours on end.
